I already have a routine. Why should I do this program?
If you have a routine that works for you, great! After working with hundreds of people, I've found that most people are leaving huge opportunities for growth and productivity on the table. Many people report having a consistent set of rituals they perform. When I drill down into how much they are actually doing their routines day to day, I find it's usually far less. If you are not doing your rituals consistently, you are missing out on most of the benefits. This is like leaving money on the table and is the difference between being part of the crowd or standing out from it.
I've tried to create a routine in the past. Why will this work for me when I've failed before?
There should be a graveyard for all the habits, resolutions and good intentions people make. The failure comes by not understanding how the brain really works when it comes to habit formation. Most folks are far too ambitious and think they can rely on willpower. Believe me, I've made that mistake more times than I can count. By working with hundreds of people and utilizing the most current discoveries in neuroscience, I’ve cracked the code on habit formation. Combine this with a powerful accountability group and it becomes nearly impossible for you NOT to succeed.
How much time will I need to dedicate each week to make this program a success?
You can spend as little as 30 minutes per week outside of the calls integrating the learnings and preparing your rhythm. We spend a significant portion of each weekly call actually doing the worksheets that will set you up for success. Of course, you can always spend longer preparing and tweaking. The time spent preparing and thinking about the rhythm usually pays off in a significant amount of productivity gained and time saved.
Do I have to show up live?
I highly recommend that you attend as many live calls as possible. If you miss any of the live calls, you are always welcome to watch the recordings. The magic of this program is that you get to interact with other motivated and conscious individuals who are working at expressing the best of themselves. Plus, you will be interacting daily with your accountability partners (who we call accountabilibuddies.)
When are the weekly calls?
There are 3 options for attending the weekly Zoom calls. The calls are for 40-60 minutes every Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 8 AM PST. You are only required to attend once a week. If you miss a week, you will have access to the recordings, but I encourage you to show up live to get the most out of the program. Most people find it easier to do their weekly work during the live group call.
How does it work with accountability partners?
Accountability groups consist of 3 people each to support each other in creating kick-ass morning rhythms and performing them every single day. As an accountabilibuddy (what we call each other), you will learn how to support others as well as be supported by others. When there is mutual support between people who care for one another people stick to their rhythm. Your daily accountabilibuddy check-in will only take a few minutes each day. Many people usually stay in contact with one another long after they finish the 30-day program.
How many people are in each live session?
We accept between 12-21 people into each live session. This size is perfect to ensure we have the right level of intimacy and energy for each person to get the most out of the program.
What is a "pay it forward business model?"
Capitalism is based on people pursuing their self interests. And while this has undoubtedly created a vibrant economy many groups of people have been left behind by this winner take all business model. I believe that it is inherently in OUR self interest to take care of and lift others up. Therefore, I dedicate a significant portion of the fees (25% or more) you pay to go to those who could use it to lift us up - and create a society and culture that works for all of us! Plus, generosity has been proven to increase your lifespan. And it just feels so damn good. Each Morning Rhythm Routine cohort decides where that money will go. This can be to individuals, families and/or organizations like food banks, environmental groups, homeless shelters or local or international charities. If you know of anyone or any organization who you believe should be funded, you have the opportunity to propose that when you participate in the program.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, I offer a 30-day refund period. If after showing up to the classes and doing the work, you are unsatisfied, request a refund and I’ll return 100% of your program fees.
